Benefits

Junior Library Guild offers a great benefits package for full time employees. On the first of the month following 60 days of employment, full time employees are eligible for:

 - Short and Long Term Disability

Holidays/Time off: Full time employees are eligible for six

paid holidays upon hire. Full time employees also earn Paid Time Off (PTO) upon hire.  PTO is earned in hours with each bi-weekly pay.

401(k): All employees aged 21 and over are eligible to participate in JLG’s 401(k) plan on the first of the month following 12 months of employment. The plan offers a 100% match on the first 4% contributed. Employees are 100% vested at time of eligibility.

In addition to the above, we offer a great employee discount on the books we carry, a casual work environment, and, for some positions, the possibility of flexible hours.
