JLG has grown substantially over the past several years, and has been building on a solid foundation. Since 1929, we've been providing libraries across the country with the very best children's and young adult books and very best customer service in the industry.

Benefits

Junior Library Guild offers a great benefits package for full time employees. On the first of the month following 60 days of employment, full time employees are eligible for:

 - Medical

 - Dental

 - Flexible Spending

 - Short and Long Term Disability

Holidays/Time off: Full time employees are eligible for six paid holidays upon hire. Full time employees also earn Paid Time Off (PTO) upon hire.  PTO is earned in hours with each bi-weekly pay.

401(k): All employees aged 21 and over are eligible to participate in JLG's 401(k) plan on the first of the month following 12 months of employment. The plan offers a 100% match on the first 4% contributed. Employees are 100% vested at time of eligibility.

In addition to the above, we offer a great employee discount on the books we carry, a casual work environment, and, for some positions, the possibility of flexible hours.
