How do I login?
JLG Member: from the home page, click on the My Account box on the upper right side of the page. Enter your customer number or e-mail address and password. Click Login.
Nonmember: from the home page (middle page, right side) enter your zip code and click Find My Library. Complete the prompts to register. You will be given an account number. Use this number to login on future visits to our site.
What if my library is not listed?
Contact our customer service department at 800.743.4070, and we will help you set up your account.
How do I update my contact, billing, or shipping information?
After you are logged in, click on Account Settings on the right side of the page. Once there, you can change your shipping, billing, and e-mail addresses, phone number and e-mail preferences. Enter the new information and click on Save Changes.
How can I search for books?
From the Books & More tab at the top, click on Book Search. For a more detailed search, click on the Advanced Search button. You can search by the following criteria:
Title
ISBN
Author
Illustrator
Subject
JLG Price
JLG Level
Dewey Class
Month and Year of JLG release
JLG Season
Page Count
How can I view my forthcoming titles?
Login and click on My Books on the right bar. Click on the My Forthcoming tab. You can also view a partial list of the forthcoming titles at the bottom of the Account Home page and see all by clicking the View All button.
How can I substitute one book for another?
Follow the steps above for viewing forthcoming titles:
- Under the month and year of release for a forthcoming title, click on the Swap Book link.
- Enter the title of the book you want as a replacement or choose one from the drop-down box.
Note: Only titles that are currently in stock and available for immediate sale can be used for substitutions through the Web site. Forthcoming titles cannot be used for substitutions through the Web site.
Note: When making substitutions online, you can only substitute for a given month once. If you need to change out a title after making a substitution, please call customer service at 800.743.4070.
What if I don't want or like a book?
If you are unhappy with a JLG selection for any reason, please contact customer service at 800.743.4070. Nondefective books which have not been processed can be returned for any reason at our expense. Any book that arrives damaged or is defective in any way will be promptly exchanged for another copy at no cost to you. Books that have been processed at your library and shelf-ready titles cannot be exchanged.
Where can I find my expiration date?
Login and click on My Reading Levels. You will see what and how many of each reading level you are receiving as well as the expiration date of each level.
Note: You can also view expired and inactive reading levels and quickly and easily re-activate them online.
How can I renew my account online?
Login and click on My Reading Levels. Check the box to the left of each reading level that you wish to renew. Click Renew Selected at the bottom of the page to add the renewal orders to your shopping cart. When you have finished browsing levels and books, proceed to our secure checkout to complete your order.
Can I make a note of my favorite books somewhere online?
Yes. When you open a book page, click on the blue Add Book to Wish List button. This will place the book in your Wish List basket so you can easily come back to it at any time.
When you open your Wish List, you have the option to add the book to your shopping cart or remove it from your list.
You can now have multiple wish lists active on your account! To begin a new wish list, click on Wish Lists on the right of the page and click the Add New Wish List button at the top right of the wish lists screen. You have complete control over the naming of the wish lists and can easily move books from one list to another and to your cart.
