Because we serve only the library market, we require that registered users of our site provide or confirm their library’s contact information and their individual contact information, including name and email address. This information allows us to ensure that only libraries are able to place orders with JLG.

The information we collect is used to provide you with information about our company and the services we provide and, of course, to process and ship any orders you may place for your library. During the registration process, or at any time after, we provide you with the opportunity to control what kinds of information you do and do not wish to receive via e-mail.

We will not share your contact information, or that of your library, with any third parties without your consent except for companies we have contracted with to perform certain functions such as order processing and database hygiene on our behalf.
