Order Shipping and Delivery Books you buy through one of JLG’s reading levels will be delivered monthly throughout the term of your membership. One book is shipped each month for each reading level you join. Books are shipped from our warehouse during the month prior to their scheduled date. For example, your October books will leave our warehouse during September.
Backlist orders typically ship within two to three weeks of receipt of your order. Extremely large orders, or those requiring substantial processing or customization, may require more time. In those unusual cases, we will notify you and provide you with an estimated ship date.
