Awards & Reviews
Junior Library Guild picks the best books before they are published. Once published, those books often go on to win other literary awards and honors, as well as being named to state award lists. We are proud of the distinction these titles earn, and we are happy to share that information, updated regularly, with you.

We know you count on reviews to help you make book-selection decisions. Coming soon—for the first time ever—are JLG Exclusive Reviews, written before the books' publication dates when our editors choose the JLG Premier Selection. These will appear on the book pages for our Fall 2008 titles.
Beginning with the Spring 2008 list of titles, you will also find excerpts of starred and favorable reviews from the sources you count on: Pubishers Weekly, School Library Journal, Booklist, Kirkus, KLIATT, Horn Book, and others.
