Dolores Starbuckle's birthday is on Halloween, and Andy Shane definitely doesn't want to waste the day at her party. Then his grandmother gives Andy no choice but to help Dolores set up for the big event. He arrives at her house prepared for a boring night-only to learn that someone has been smashing the pumpkins on the Starbuckles' front stoop every night.
