Przewalski’s Horses

Only one kind of wild horse still exists today—the Przewalski’s horse, a small, sturdy breed adapted to live on the dry grasslands, or steppes, of Mongolia (while other horses live in the wild, they originated from domesticated animals: “Przewalski’s horses were never anyone’s pets.”).
