The Carbon Diaries 2015

The year is 2015, and Londoner Laura Brown just wants a regular teenage life-to play in her band, finish her design studies, avoid her self-centered sister, Kim, and maybe get to know that dishy boy next door. But huge storms have tipped off an environmental disaster, causing Great Britain to institute carbon rationing. Laura struggles to maintain some normalcy while staying within her yearly carbon allotment. Her friendships, love life, and family relations all suffer from living under a system on the brink of collapse, and she struggles to keep everything from falling apart in the face of ever more frightening weather.
