The Silver Spoon of Solomon Snow

Solly has grown up as the son of peasants, eating pottage every day, and hauling other people's laundry for his mother to wash. Then he learns that as a baby, he was left on the doorstep with a silver spoon in his mouth. Solly journeys into Town, hoping to track down the spoon and his wealthy birth parents. He soon finds adventure and mayhem with the help of a motley band of kids: sharp Prudence, chimney sweep Freddy, and the charming Infant Prodigy.
