Earl the Squirrel

Earl doesn't know the first thing about gathering nuts, so he visits his friend, a little girl named Jill, for help. She gives him an acorn, a nutcracker, and even a beautiful scarlet scarf to keep him warm. His mother does not approve: "That girl is making you into the most spoiled squirrel in the world!"
