Rising Water

Kevin reluctantly volunteeers at a science center as part of his release agreement from juvenile hall. He finds Luke, his peer counselor, pleasant enough, but Luke’s sister, Tracy, seems to resent his presence. When heavy rains flood the town one Saturday, the three set out in a small boat to feed a resident’s stranded dog. The group encounters trouble along the way, and despite their mutual distrust, Kevin and Tracy must work together to save Luke.
